Dota 2 - Handicap
A "handicap" is used in Dota 2 betting to even the odds between two unevenly matched teams. Each team is given a point total by the oddsmaker that can either be added or subtracted to the final score, thus factoring into if the BET was won or lost.
For example: LGD (-1.5) vs Orange (+1.5)
In this Best of 3 match up. If you would BET on LGD (-1.5) this means LGD MUST beat Orange 2:0, thus covering the handicap/spread. If you BET Orange (+1.5), they can lose by 1, or simply win straight up to win the BET.
In a Best of 5 Match Up - a -1.5 Handicap would work the same way.
LGD Has to win 3-0 or 3-1 for you to win the BET.
Both teams MUST play for the BET to count.
What if LGD wins 2-1 ?
Would then be winners Orange?

Having a network that caters strictly to a specific target audience is not racist the name BET stands for Black Entertainment Television they're not pretending to target anyone else but they don't exclude other races from appearing on the network either. To be racist people have to be banned and mistreated and or misrepresented. I'm white and i occasionally watch it, it's not my favorite but just like scifi channel they get something good every once in a while and i've never seen anything really racist on there. So i'd have to say no.
