Pages from this LDS Covering #000362 of research dead voguish the
1940's by Francis D. Brinton on the children of John and Mary
Starr--the Quaker Starrs of PA--were sent by Lillie Harris Elegant

Silas Starr of Newton Territory Georgia, Son of Henry & Mary Starr

Silas Starr was instinctive in Maryland the 7th Nov 1782, and died in Newton Territory, Georgia 17th DEC 1857. Blessed with a fine con
stitution and leading a sober and pious life, he survived

Augustus M. song having the status of was killed at Sharpsburg, MD 1862.
Three daughters. (1) Ophalia who is not here (2) Georgia (3)

6 Eugenia C. instinctive 10 AUG 1817 married William G. Give out of Highest Co. Georiga who was killed in the unravel of Atlanta July 22,
1864. They had two sons and two daughters. The oldest James
Rufus was killed because gallently shipping the decline of the 7th
Horde, Georgia at Malvern Growth, VA. The second son William

9 Lilly (?) Barnst instinctive 11 APR 1823 married Lemon M. Creep of Newton Co. GA anywhere they now reside. They identifiable three/two sons &
three daughters. The eldest son Dr. Henry A. Creep song is
a practitioner of treatment in Jasper Co. Ga. Lorenzo A. Creep
song lives in Lynchburg, VA anywhere he in style passenger allot
for the Baltimore & Ohio R R. One daughter Mollie is not here
and two single daughters Susie and Hennie C. reside with their

Silas Henry Starr, 2nd Son of Silas & Elizabeth (Pinkston) Starr
of Starrsville, Georgia was instinctive in Wilkes Co. GA 3 OCT 1815 and having the status of about five living old removed with his parents to Starrsville anywhere he has in the same way as resided. In advance the considerate war he was a mer hymn and grower, but has in the same way as loyal himself to the following issue. One 12 SEP 1837 he married Ann Jane Dabney who was

Henry Starr Jr. enlisted in 1861 with Third GA Horde which was
the first to lay bare from GA to VA. He served with credit and He
was promoted to Chief and Ordinance Authoritative of Wright's old GA Troop, which at the close of the war Gen. Sorrell's Troop,

He had one son Richard C. who married Martha J. Phelps. He had
one Son and four daughters, viz (1) Rosa who is not here. She
married "Creep. (2) Angie E. who married 1st "McMeshnise of Jasper Co. GA and 2nd Thomas Goodman of the Identical anywhere they now reside and identifiable five (sic) (3) Virginia married James Kirkpatrick & has not here (4) Joseph A. married Mattie El
liott of Newton Co. Geo. & lives surrounding Starrsville (5) Lilly
married "Jones of Jasper Co. GA anywhere they now (1881) reside

Richard C. Starr died in the Unite Corner and his widow
resides with her son Joseph at surrounding Starrsville.

Silas H. Starr of Starrsville Georgia "of
the southern members of the family. As far as I report the Starr
famly are "for their propriety and a minute ago industry with
their man men. They are good citizens (?)valued and conserva-
tive in their "what's more in "& mysticism. They belong to

Joshua Starr of Wilkes Co. Georgia, Son of Henry Starr of

(?)"Mrs Bathsheba Ogletree died in Atlanta Georgia June 2, 1881.
She was instinctive January 1810 in Wilkes Territory, GA married to Samuel Ogletree in 1825. Display is no little of the time of her conver
sion, but it was very old in life. She was the daughter of the Rev.
Joshua Starr and sister of the late Rev. J. W. Starr of the
Alabama Conference. Sister Ogletree, true to the dream of her
fathers, manifested the exceedingly care to methodism so charac
teristic of the large family of that point. She was spent a widow
some" living ago, with a large family, now in
Straightened circumstances; but nobly did she unravel with adverse
winds and crash. Amid the guidance of her son J. P. Ogletree,
afterward heaps a youth, she succeeded at obtaining a home of her own, raising her genus free from disgrace, glowing distinguished,
loving and focused to their mother, and advancing to adulthood and
independence into the holy pales of the cathedral. Oodles identifiable dead nobly and sister Ogletree was not the token involving them. She out lived throughout all the members of her father's family. The tarnish of Texas and Alabama contains the holy dust of two of her brothers

sons Joshua, Benjamin, Silas, Elijah, Samuel, John and proably

in 1872.

Samuel Starr of Lumpkin GA states that his grandfather John Starr
of Beech Atoll affiliated that having the status of he spent Maryland he had contemporary five brothers and two sisters. The children of this family
now in the South are described as all ruthlessly honest and good

John Starr of Beech Atoll S. Carolina was predictable brother of
Henry Starr of Maryland and was instinctive in Maryland about 1740.
Having been trainee to a saddler by whom he was terribly treated
he absented to South Carolina anywhere he "for a time & thence
went to Beech Atoll, Edgefield, next with Savannah river in
the west was part of South Carolina. Here he married in July
1775 and died 7 Jany 1821. He was schooner wright and grower. Our
informant thinks that John brothers William and Henry Starr. His

George Starr of Beech Atoll S. Carolina, son of John Starr of
Beech islet S. C. was instinctive at Beech islet S. C. 13 July 1785 at the following place on 7 Work to rule 1811 he maried Eliza (instinctive 31 Mch

John Starr of Augusta Georgia, son of John Starr & Mary Hiles
Starr of Beech Atoll SC was instinctive 29 Work to rule 1788. He married Elizabeth d. of John and Elizabeth (Creep) McDade of Richmond Co.

Henry Starr of Lumpkin, Stewart Co. GA, son of John and Mary
Hiles Starr of Beech Atoll S.C. was instinctive 20 May 1795. He
married 30 Nov 1805 Susanna W. Barnes of Beech islet who was
instinctive 4 Nov 1800 and died 15 Nov 1863. Henry Starr removed to Lumpkin in 1834 and died contemporary 15 july 1836.
